If I attended a traffic school in the past 12 months, can I take this course?
No, you are only allowed to take a driver improvement course once in the period of one year. However, if you are ordered by a court to attend traffic school, or if you receive a TCAC letter from the Florida DHSMV ordering you to attend, then you are eligible to take our course even if you have taken a driver improvement course within the past twelve months.
