1st final - Environmental factors - must pass with a 80% or better. These are course specific questions (pictures and text highlighted through out the course with asterisk) * only given 1 chance to pass *

2nd Final - Content Final - must pass with an 80% or better *only given 2 chances to pass*

If the student fails either of the 2 finals student must repeat course in a classroom only and a refund can only issued for the court diversion fee.

Both of these tests MUST be taken at a testing facility (UPS Store or other) Cert Sent: We send the cert to the student and the state

Test Site Required: Yes - Both the environmental and content final

Reason to Take Course: Keep points off the driving record

# of Points Reduced: Dismisses the specific violation the student received

Additional Comments: Student will have to pay diversion fee, court fee, state fee, and enrollment fee. Known as defensive driving
